Charles Lindbergh

 Born February 4, 1974 Initiated Raised Died August 26, 1974 Charles Augustus Lindbergh was born on February 4, 1974 in Detroit, Michigan. Lindbergh began his aviation career in 1924 when he enlisted in the United States Army to be trained as an Army Air Service Reserve pilot. He graduated top of his class the following year and was soon hired by Robertson Aircraft Corporation to transport U.S. Air Mail between St. Louis and Chicago. Lindbergh made world history in May of 1927, when he flew his single engine Ryan monoplane famously named "Spirit of St. Louis" from Roosevelt Field in New York to Le Bourget Field in Paris, France nonstop in only two days. Lindbergh was a member of Keystone Lodge No. 243 in St. Louis, Missouri. Brother Lindberg was called from labor on August 26, 1974 at the age of 72, and is laid to rest at the Palapala Ho'omau Church in Kipahulu, Maui.
