It is best to get sized a local jewelry store. The sizing rings they use are generally for wedding bands and this is a rather large ring so it may require a small bump up in size for comfort. A second way to confirm your ring size for a larger ring is to take a ring similarly shaped that fits well on the finger you want to wear it on, they can then put that ring on a sizing mandrel to confirm the best size for you. It is very important to get your ring sized correctly upon ordering it. If the size you selected does not fit when you get it, you will need to have it resized locally. We are substantially discounting what we would normally charge for these because it is a LEO oriented MC so we do not do any resizing after the ring is made. Now, if you order a size 15 and end up getting sent a size 8, we will of course correct the issue as that would be our error and not yours.

FEMALE RINGS: We have had inquiries about female rings, this is a unisex ring but it does have a larger than average face size for a female. The size of the ring you order only impacts the diameter of the hole for your ring finger, it does not affect any other dimensions of the ring. There is also no distinction in sizing between male and female ring sizes. If someone tells you otherwise, please call us.

Important Notes About Ring Finishes

• The descriptor "White" is used to refer to a silver color without being confused with the metal silver.
• Sterling silver ring with any kind of finish will at some point need to be refinished as the oxidized finish or plating wears off. The speed at which it wears off depends on a variety of factors. We do not recommend sterling silver any gold plating or oxidation for every day wear.
• Rhodium plating does not change color when it wears off, it is primarily used when someone has an allergy to silver or one of the other metals used in sterling silver alloy.

The tolerance on ring sizing is +-1/4 of a size. It is critical you choose your correct ring size. There are fees associated with ring resizing once it has been cast. Do not try to size yourself with a string or printed piece of paper, it is not an accurate method.
