Norman Vincent Peale was born may 31 1898. In his time, probably one of the best known Protestant Clergymen in America. He was Ordained in 1922. Among his books many of which were best sellers, The Power of Positive Thinking, and the Guide to Confident Living. He was the recipent of the Freedom Foundation Award. He became a pastor in 1932. He was a Member of Midtown Lodge# 1062, Brooklyn New York. He was the Grand Chaplain of the Grand Lodge of New York from 1949 to 1951. He was a Member of the Scottish Rite and the Shrine. He died December the 24th 1993.
