Sure, if you lived in the eighteenth century you would have had a pretty good ride in the military as a Freemason. Not now though and definitely not in today's military. These days you will more likely be held to an even higher standard as becoming a Freemason does not entitle you to special privileges but it does require you to set an example of excellence for others to follow.
