Alexander Pushkin

Born May 26, 1799 Initiated 1821 Raised Died January 27, 1837 Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin was born into Russian nobility on May 26, 1799 in Moscow. Pushkin is famed as the greatest Russian poet, and the father of Russian literature. Pushkin authored many poems and plays that are renown by critics to be masterpieces. Among his most famous works are the poem "The Bronze Horseman", the drama "The Stone Guest" and most notably, his novel written in lyric "Eugeny Onegin", which was written over the course of his life. Alexander Pushkin was Initiated in 1821 at Lodge Ovid, in Kischinev, Russia. Brother Pushkin was called from labor on January 27, 1837.
