Where is my order? Orders normally arrive within 7 days. If you are outside of the United States, please allow up to 21 days. You can track your order anytime using the receipt id in the upper right corner of your paypal receipt. Click on the order tracking link to get up to the minute status. If you ordered a ring made of precious metals it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Can I place an order by phone? Not at the moment, Im afraid we cannot accommodate phone orders at this time. To do so would force us to raise our prices to pay for the additional staffing. Will I have to pay any import duties? If you are ordering over $100 worth of goods, chances are you may be charged some sort of import duty when your package arrives. This is completely outside of our control. Do I have to sign for my shipment? Most items are small enough just to be placed in your mailbox but expect to sign for anything made of precious metal. What is your return policy? You can return any item within 60 days for a full refund no questions asked. I want to cancel my order! No problem, just go to order tracking and following the instructions. You can also email us for help. I want to return my order! No problem, just ship your item back to us along with a printout of your receipt and we will issue you a full refund upon receipt. Where do you ship to? We ship everywhere on the planet (where legal) for free. Do you sell wholesale? Yes, we have both wholesale and dropshop options available for business owners. Please see our wholesale page for more information on this. Can I be reimbursed for return shipping costs? Generally speaking, No. We do not reimburse for shipping costs however we will provide you with a return shipping label so you do not incur any costs. To where can you not ship? Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Burma, Congo, Republic of the, Democratic Republic of the Congo,, Republic of the Cote d lvoire (Ivory Coast), Croatia, Cuba, Greece, Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe. Countries may be added to this list without notice. This list may not be comprehensive. What happens if I open a PayPal dispute? If you order has not yet shipped, it will be refunded and cancelled. Please however simply email us to request this, rather than opening a paypal dispute.
